Fix incorrect space usage
AnsweredI created an account to try to see if box might be a good option for a project, but for some reason the amount of space shown as available is not correct. Even after deleting everything and emptying the trash, it stil shows about 4 GB of storage in use.
Other threads reference submitting a ticket request to get this fixed, but I can't find any way to do that. I can't find any support option other than posting to the community.. How do we get this fixed?
Any ideas would be appreciated....

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
