I am not able to change my primary email address
AnsweredI have added a a new email address and have received a confirmation to the new address to my new email address which I verified however I am still not able to make the new email address my primary box account email address. Thanks John

To replace your primary email address, here's what you should do. (1) Add it as your secondary email address and verify. (2) Make it your primary email address.
Please follow the steps below:
To add an email address:
- Click Add More Emails.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
