Request to run script to fix the data inaccuracy issues
Answeredplease run the scrip that fixes my data issue, I hate getting prompts to upgrade my storage when 1) I don't need it & 2) you're not accurately tracking it in the first place
As a note, as someone who wants to use box for business, this issue and the fact that the box.com landing page has NO option to directly login, continually get Box dismissed as an option. There are no amount of additional features that will ever make up for basic ease of functionality.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
