Storage size is not accurate
AnsweredBased on the folder sizes, I have approx 4.3 GB of data. But in my profile, it's written that I have used 7.3GB of my storage. Can you run script to fix the free storage?

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
