Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect

    I have the same issue, please run de script to correct the situation please !!

    Hi there,

    Welcome to Box Community and glad that you've joined this forum. 

    Great news!

    We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. As well as to Alessandro's account. 

    As always, don't hesitate to contact our team if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as indicated and we'd love to further assist.

    Thank you for your response . However, I've checked the storage of my account but its still the same Storage Used shows 0 B of 10.0 GB ; Bandwidth Used 0 B of 10.0 GB?
