Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect
AnsweredHi can anyone form the support team "run a script" for me to fixed the data inaccuracy issue regarding my "box storage size" please ? I just want to see the actual size availability of my account .

Great news!
We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. As well as to Alessandro's account.
