    Thank you for the response! I believe it was something like “ box could not update”. I don’t have that message any longer but from reading some of other people’s past post it seems the similar. I could not get the answer from the posts , so I asked here.

    Box said it could not update my Box Drive to version 2.37.142 today, 12/20/2023.  The log files were just sent.  This is wlemery0626@gmail.com.

    Box said it could not update my Box Drive to version 2.37.142 its been like this for months I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I can't uninstall it as it says it's missing a file see screenshot below any advice?
