NO CHANCE ! Nothing works, only new sites, but no chance to cancel ode delete my account. 

BOX is so bad so bad, never ever again !

But what can I do now to cancel my account?

    Please be informed that you could cancel your Box subscription yourself. You just need to follow the instructions per your Box tariff here. Also, you can work with our cancellation team if you prefer to get an assistance via cancel@box.com and we'd love to assist.
