AnsweredAt the moment I don't have any files in my box.
However, I have a notification of 38.6 gigs occupied, out of 50 available.
I would like to know how I can proceed to have the 50 gigs completely available.

Great news! We run the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
