External Collaborators Cannot Log In
AnsweredOne of our externally collaborated accounts is not logging in even after a password reset.
Situation
It is as if the user enters the account, enters the password, logs in, and then returns to the account entry screen.
How can I log in?
*The user was able to use the account until 6/21.
