File not updating to all collaborators at the same time.

I updated a file in Box via APP and the updated file does not show for some collaborators. Please advise.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
You may want to check if these files that you've updated via your Box App has successfully updated in the Box website. That's when your collaborators would get to access your newly updated contents.
