Unable to Accept Terms because it is grayed out but cannot access folder because terms not accepted

I am still unable to access the folder sent by Mayer Brown through Box because it says I have not accepted their terms and conditions, but that is grayed out so I can't accept and the only option in the "..." is to decline. See snip below and fix this please:

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  You may want to try to accept this folder's Terms of Service using your alternate browser. 

  However, if it didn't work please clear your browser's cache and cookies and make sure your browser's up to date.
