Terms of service
AnsweredI can’t view any box folder. It says accept terms of service first. I believe I already did this. But if for some reason I did not, where do I go.

Did you already tried these steps to fix the issue?
- Use your alternate browser, make sure you're using your browser's most updated version.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies then try again. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695214-How-Do-I-Clear-The-Cache-And-Cookies-In-My-Browser-
- Restart your machine.
- Use different network connection and/or machine.
- Reach out to the user who sent this invitation and have him/her to send a new folder/file invitation.
