Account 'Security' tab showing my account was accessed outside of my location.
AnsweredI have not used my Box account in many years and want to start using it again but have a concern. Per the 'Security' tab it looks like my account was accessed from multiple locations between 2018 - 2021. I was not even logging in during that time. I have since updated the email on my account, changed the password, turned on two-factor, is there anything else that could be done to ensure my compromised account is safe. Are you able on your end to do anything, I am concerned about using this account.

Enabling 2FA for your Box account is the best practice to keep your Box log in secured. Looks like you've managed to take an immediate action to protect your log in.
And in any circumstances, we do not recommend credentials/password sharing to keep your account secured! Also, here's more to keep your Box log in protected:
