Unable to upload new files as quota is incorrectly saying I have exceeded limits.
AnsweredMy account storage quota states that it is not full, however, when I upload a file it tells me I have exceeded the quota.
I need it corrected as I have cleaned it out. I have requested this previously and apparently you need to clear the cache.
Can you please fix for me?

Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as indicated, please let us know and we'll help you fix it.
