Hi there,

 

I am struggling to cancel my subscription, please can some assist? I would like to cancel it with immediate effect.

  To cancel, we have a self-serve option where you can end your Box subscription yourself and please follow the instructions here according to your account type.

  Is the cancel@box.com an email & what info do they require as the first time I tried it didnt work & now Im out of my free trial im getting charged for something I dont require & will not use.
