    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Did you transfer files from your local folder to your Box for iOS? If yes, did you try to restart your mobile device and uninstall then reinstall your Box for iOS app? Please try these if you haven't yet.

    Thx and correct. I was tranferring a photo from my phone to my box.

    I uninstalled and re-installed and it seems to have workded.
