transfer pending for weeks

I have a file that has been "transferring" for weeks on my Box App on my phone.
I can see it (a photo) but i can't find a way to delete it. I tried signing out. No effect.
There is no pending transfer when I look online.

Did you transfer files from your local folder to your Box for iOS? If yes, did you try to restart your mobile device and uninstall then reinstall your Box for iOS app? Please try these if you haven't yet.
