Trouble connecting school account to personal account

I just graduated and have lost access to my student account. I was trying to connect my personal box account to my school account so that everything would transfer, but it seems like it didn't work. I cannot access my personal or school account anymore. I had to create this new account since I couldn't sign in. What can I do to fix this?
