free up my storage please
AnsweredHello. Can someone please run the script to free up my storage. It says it's full but it isn't.
And it would be helpful if someone could follow-up with comments in similar threads. Many of us are posting the same problem, but only the initial post seems to be getting any response.
Is there no longer an email address for this problem that has been happening for years?

We have corrected your account storage, to verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
