    To contact a member of the Box Product Support team and open a ticket, you must be signed into the community. Depending on your account type and the availability of an agent, the option should appear.

    Depending on something, something will appear? If I see nothing appear, then what am I supposed to do to open a ticket? Your system told me I need to open a ticket, but now it's been 3 days and still no ticket.

    Here is what I want a ticket for:

    There was an error processing your request.

    Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.
     
    Can you open a ticket for me now?
