External User - Editing Permissions
AnsweredI am a contractor for a Box customer. I have access to view their files, but I am unable to edit. My client says I have the permissions, but I am still unable to edit. I am not receiving an error message. I just cannot make edits. It is important that I am able to make updates to this document as a part of my contract. Please help!

Could you verify your permission in this these files? Check if your current permission allows you to edit your shared files (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196413-Understanding-Collaborator-Permission-Levels).
