Box disc space problem

I have question refering to available disc space. I'm currently using Personal Pro - 100 GB. On my local disc there is info that whole BOX syc folder has 21,8GB. But on box.com there is info that ther is not much available space left (used space - 85,0 GB of 100,0 GB). Morovere - when I compare files/ folders on BOX Sync and box.com - there are the same.... Where is the rest of my free space?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
