2-Step Verification Code no longer being sent to User via Text
AnsweredWhen attempting to login to BOX, one of my team members' 2-Step Verification code is no longer being sent to his cell phone via text. Attached is a screenshot of the 2-step verification prompt that is showing up when he attempts to login; he is not recieving a 6 digit code.
