Empty Trash
AnsweredI emptied the recycle bin permanently, but the storage capacity shows no reduction. Since there were many large files, storage capacity should have been freed up significantly, which unfortunately is not the case. What can I do, additionally to solve the problem?

We've fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
