Quota inaccuracy
AnsweredHi there - could support please run the script to fix quota/data storage inaccuracy on my account? Also, I'd appreciate if you can setup my interface to show # of files as per below. Thank you.
"If you would like to have “X Files” (file count) in the Size column hidden from End Users in the Web App, please contact Box Support and they will be able to enable this setting for you."

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
