Error changing password

I am trying to create a strong password, but each time I get an error toast that says "There was a problem changing your password." Please advise how I can create correctly. Thanks!

  I am having a similar problem, and there seem to be no support options

  If you're having trouble updating your password, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and use your alternate browser.
