Storage reporting full even after deleting significant number of files
AnsweredI am no longer able to upload files as my storage is being reported as full (10GB out of 10GB), during a cleanup when I was in fact deleting a lot of files and also clearing the Trash (about 2GB).
I was instructed to report this concern here from a Box Support article, saying
Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.
I am hoping that this can be resolved soon.

We have corrected the account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
