Box won't accept my number to set up 2-factor authentication
CompletedHello - a new client I am working with invited me to a Box site, and they use 2-step authentication. I'm trying to enter my phone number and Box just keeps staying on that page, and basically ignoring the entry. no invalid message or anything, just won't click through to the next page. I have cleared my cache and still doesn't work.
