Storage Reset
AnsweredAccount is saying storage is full despite there being adequate free-space. Seems to be a very common issue which I'm surprised hasn't be rectified without having to use this painful process to try and fix on an individual basis.
Please can I have storage issue resolved.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
