    Hi Phil, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Did you check if the email where this collaboration invite was sent is the same email you're using to log in to your Box account? 

    If yes, try to log in to your Box account first and accept the invite again.

    Hello! I am having the same issue. I click "accept invite", browser opens, I log-in to box successfully and the file/folder being shared is not in my list of "all files". Sender has the right email & I have successfully accepted invites from colleagues of sender.

    Hello, I'm having the same problem. I double checked that the email the invite was sent to is the same email that I'm using to log into Box. I see the folder nowhere in my files.
