Accept Invite doesn't work
AnsweredHi I clicked the "Accept Invite" email from my collaborators from 23andMe. Same as previous posts, I'm automatically redirected to my home-page with no files. Could you please fix the issue? I have read other posts with the same issue but no apparent ways to fix it. The collaborators already sent me the same invitation email twice. This is very time-sensitive and I would appreciate the Box team's help. Thanks.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I click "accept invite", browser opens, I log-in to box successfully and the file/folder being shared is not in my list of "all files". Sender has the right email & I have successfully accepted invites from colleagues of sender. Please help. Thank you

Same issue. I am surprised there is no answer on this thread with so many people having the same problem over the course of a year. And that there is no way to get one on one support for such a major issue. If anyone has figured this out, could you please point me in the right direction?
