    Any requests for cancellations, downgrades, or seat decreases can be emailed directly to cancel@box.com. We also offer a self-serve option to end your Box subscription using this link.

    I need to make sure my subscription is canceled. i was billed even though my last trial day is today. I followed the steps linked above but do not see where to cancel. I would also like the $383.76 refunded to my account.
