    I need to make sure my subscription is canceled. i was billed even though my last trial day is today. I followed the steps linked above but do not see where to cancel. I would also like the $383.76 refunded to my account.

    I did try going to settings, but then could not find anything about cancellation. There seems no way to cancel, even though I put in credit card info to start the trial account less than 20 minutes ago. I know they want me to go away, but I will persist until find a way to cancel. Obviously they are making this difficult. I have not had to put a stop on a credit card transaction for at least ten years, but am getting ready to for this.

     

    It was a trial subscription. I WANT TO CANCEL!!  NOW!!
