Error loading notifications
AnsweredDear All, I am expecting to receive some files and when I click on the notification bell icon, I get this message, "Error loading notifications". I tried to refresh but it doesn't go through. I have a basic account. Anything I can do?

- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Use your alternate browser, network connection or machine.
- Restart your machine.
