reclaim storage space

I deleted everything in my account, but the account shows that I still have 7.1 GB of files in it. Can you please fix the issue? I read that other users have the same problem, and that some type of script needs to be run to solve the problem.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
