    Hi Flavio,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

Did you verify the affected user's access in this particular file? For Coauthoring to work, the collaborators should check their permission in this file first. Please check out this article and find out the necessary permission for your collaborators.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi.

This isn't in a specific file. User report that happens with all PowerPoint files.

I made a test, creating a specific folder and adding two files, with user has editor permission and I as Owner.

If she open the file, appears to me as read-only and vice versa.

I am having the same error. All of our collaborators are set as editors and when we open the same powerpoint at the same time, everyone who is not the first to open the ppt is locked from making changes.

Hi guys. No update about this issue? Just to remember, only happens with Powerpoint files.

I have the same problem and it is only with Powerpoint files.  This issue is problematic and urgent as we have a large project and users are struggling to update a weekly status powerpoint timely.  All users are Editor or Owner that need to collaborate.
