Quota Fix
AnsweredThe used quota showing in my account seems much higher than expected.
I think my account may be affected by this known issue. Please can you check.

I think this has happened to me too - are you able to investigate on my account:
I seem to have about 5-10Gb of files but my quota of 50Gb is full for some reason!
