Reset email not received
AnsweredThree months ago, the authentication mail did not arrive, so it was not authenticated, but this time I sent an email about Reset because I couldn't log in, but the mail didn't arrive in my email mailbox.
It didn't even arrive on the spam server.

Upon checking your email is correctly receiving emails from Box. Meanwhile, if the email is still not found, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, company's mail server, or firewall.
Please make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from
- box.com
- notify.box.com
- reply.box.com
- track.box.com
