Reset email not received
AnsweredI'm an IT administrator, so I can check the mail that arrived at the firewall.
However, there is no mail from box.com sent to [personal information–redacted].
Authentication mail and Reset mail arrive well with other accounts in the same domain.
Please check if box.com sends an authentication email to my account well.

Upon checking your email is correctly receiving emails from Box. Meanwhile, if the email is still not found, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, company's mail server, or firewall.
Please make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from
- box.com
- notify.box.com
- reply.box.com
- track.box.com
