Change Account Administrators
Answeredstaterプラン契約中ですが、管理者権限の移管を行いたいのですが、
〔管理コンソール〕→〔ユーザーとグループ〕より〔アカウント管理者の変更〕から当該ユーザーを選択後管理者宛に「Boxアカウントの管理者権限の移管を確認してください」のメールが届くが、「移管を確認」のリンクに飛ぶと「この管理者移管を確認する権限がありません。
管理者移管を確認できません。ログアウトし、管理者としてログインした後、もう一度やり直してください。」と表示されてしまい、管理者の移管ができない。
管理者でログインしたまま及びログアウトした状態でも同様の表示がでてしまう。
I am a stater plan subscriber and would like to transfer my administrator rights, but
after selecting a user from the "Change Account Administrators" menu in the "Administrative Console" > "Users & Groups", an email is sent to the administrator asking to "Confirm the transfer of administrator rights for the Box account", but when clicking on the "Confirm Transfer" link, it says "You are not authorized to confirm this transfer of administrator rights. You cannot confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out, log in as administrator, and try again." is displayed and the administrator cannot be transferred.
The same message is displayed when logged in as an administrator or logged out.

Upon checking, your Box account have not yet verified your email domain. Please note that to modify your user as your main Admin or Co-Admin, these (would be) Admins should be using a verified email domain.
You may refer to this link for more. Meanwhile, to verify your domain, please feel free to follow the steps from this article.
Once you've successfully verified your domain, please proceed with your Admin transfer (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044194953-Transferring-Admin-Privileges-to-Another-User).
