Incorrect Storage Usage
AnsweredHello,
I was wondering if I could get support in regards to an issue with my account storage showing incorrect usage amounts. According to this related article (link), the recommendation is to request Box Support to run a script against the account to resolve the inaccuracies, so could you please run the script for resolving that issue against my account?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
