Can't download files in folder I have editor access.

I have editor access to a folder and I do not get the option to download any of the files except for 1 file.

Has it always been like this since you got invited in this folder? Please note that as an Editor you should be able to download files from this folder.
Could you try these steps to see if that would help?
- Use your alternate browser.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Restart your machine.
