I've deleted all files on box, emptied the trash and its still showing that its 3/4 full

can someone please look at my account and get it reset to zero storage. I've deleted everything because storage was showing full when I knew that it wasn't

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
