Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
AnsweredAccount is Personal Free. Account shows 13.4 GB of 50.0 GB used but all all files are deleted (from Trash also). Please reset storage count.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
