I get a message saying "Storage is almost full" and cannot add files. In reality, there is almost nothing in it. I saw on the help page that the problem cannot be improved without applying a script, but what should I do?

I have an empty box account but showing 10.8gb used, been like that for years now, still not fixed. It's just secondary storage but considering there is no reliable way to request a fix, the support seems a little unusual in this form also.
I think we need ai support to solve these issues if it's a simple back end script from your side
