    I need the same like so many others in here. Customers need an express solution. Such a large company with such slow solutions isn't reassuring.

    My employer uses your service for thousands of employees, after this experience. I'm seriously considering safety and reliability of data and service

    We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
