storage problem of my account
AnsweredDear team,
I've the storage problem that is causing also the sync problems. I did not exceed but Box report it wrongly. My account ID is 3540725714
So it seems, someone from team of Box needs to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in my account. Can help anybody from support ASAP, pls?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
