    Hi there,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

You may consider subscribing to Box Relay to automate routine and repeatable business processes that are centered around content. Box Relay offers features as such.

If you wanted to know more about Box Relay, you can also open a new case through this link and work with our Product Support team.

    Hope it helps!

Thank you Rona , but I didn't ask about automating workflows , I would like to know if you have integrated an AI ability to extract Labels out of Pictures or Media Video's.

For example - this pic contains : Woman, Bracelet , Gold , Dimond etc'

I am also very curious about this ability as well. Seems that Dropbox has something that does AI meta-tagging already. I called Box sales yesterday and a sales rep sent me a link to "routines" FAQ's after telling me the AI feature was available. But routines are not what I was asking for nor does it have AI automation. We have a massive amount of image assets in our Box account and I would also like to find a way to get all of these automatically tagged with AI. Is this actually possible?

I have been looking for information on this too. We have a lot of video footage and images stored in Box and it would be great if AI could be integrated to auto-tag these files. Is that possible with any of the available apps?

Amy, I got in touch with a customer service rep who sent me to an FAQ page claiming it did AI meta-tagging. After looking through the link it was not at all what I was asking about. So I emailed him back and have yet to hear back from him or customer service, I have followed up 3 times as well...still nothing. It's frustrating because Dropbox and Google both offer this already and it is incredibly simple to use. I will probably evaluate making the move soon since Box is not addressing this.
