    I have the same issue. No matter how much we delete, the display amount doesn't move and it won't allow us to upload any new files.

    Hey support - does the storage (looks like well known) issue occur for all account levels? More pointedly, is this only an issue with "free" accounts? If I paid for the product, would I get a better experience?

    We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

    Hey support - me again, still not working :/

     

    I have this issue with two accounts I use. I'm trying to find the most efficient way to continue using your service. What is the timeframe that I should expect a matter like this to be resolved?
